The Washington State Conservation Commission is a state agency tasked with assisting Districts to implement their local programs.
OFP functions as an agency under the auspices of the Washington State Conservation Commission. OFP's mission is to promote the vitality of farming, farmers, and ranchers by ensuring that we will continue to have productive agricultural lands in Washington State.
